Project Learning Tree is an award-winning environmental education program designed for teachers and other educators, parents, and community leaders working with youth from preschool through grade 12. For over 40 years, PLT has provided educators with high-quality professional development, hands-on activities, and multi-disciplinary supplemental curriculum to help teach youth about trees, forests, and the environment.

Through this online course you’ll be introduced to PLT’s fun and engaging, hands-on activities that are easy to do, require little preparation, and can be easily incorporated into existing curriculum. The course explains how PLT’s curriculum is structured, and how it aligns with state and national academic standards.
